Terms of Service
By using peaksites.co you agree to these terms.
Services
Peaksites provides custom website design and development services. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the site goes live. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Ownership
Upon final payment, the client owns all deliverables. Peaksites retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
Peaksites is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
